A long head cold

It's almost three months to the date from my last post. This summer was very cold and dark for me. Totally wiped out, like being hit with a ton of bricks every minute.

My head cold was both literal and figurative. The story is too long to get into right now, but I will try to write down what I can remember. I am not out of the dark fog yet, at least not there yet.

Reclaiming my "head" is in a matter of time, just have to take it easy and take it slow. I am doing what I can at this moment, and that's enough. Most of the time though, I just wait. That's okay because in order to heal, I have to wait it out. Being a patient means to be patient.
